Just like the NYT is transparently liberal, the Sun is a known conservative paper. It's published and printed as is any other NYC paper, so I imagine it'd get some notice.
Certainly now, with the blogosphere and new media outlets, word-of-mouth alone, and the fact that those pinheads at the Daily Kos and other loony left websites wouldn't be able to contain themselves from screaming SMEAR JOB!! about it, well, that would seem to serve to get the story out to the public anyway, dontcha think? ;-)
If this is the story....and someone on another thread he would ahve had to have done something outrageous and there would be a trail somewhere so it is doubtful this is the story....it will get a huge amount of press, even on the mainstream networks.
It would not be a story that could be buried.
It would go from the SUn to Drudge to The Note and then hit the evening news.
Whatever the story, I pray and hope it truly is explosive and Navy vet is not just thinking it is based on his personal involvement in researching the info making him think it is bigger than it really is.
Just guessing that this source had proof of his statements but was looking for more, to cross the t's and dot the i's so to speak. He seems to know what he's going to be up against when it does come out. This sounds like something really bad for Kerry and other Dems unlike anything we've seen before. Something that would make only a total moron vote for Kerry, meaning mostly just his hardcore base and no more.
