More like a confused mind.

I read the other day that you could make your stationary smell good, by putting a few drops of perfume on a cotton ball, in with your stationary.

When I first read that hint over 50 years ago, it said to use blotting paper. But then we still used "Ink Pens" and
used a porous paper to blot the ink, so it wouldn't smear.

The bio hazards, will work with any method we use to make
things "smell good" (I suspect).

Some germs are passed with a breath, or a touch.

Remember your mom telling you not to sit on the seats in a
public rest room?

In 1970 a school boy, doing a science fair project, tried taking samples off the light switch in a public rest room at a gas station. This was in the Yuma newspaper.

He found syphilis on the switch, the teacher said no it won't live there.......so the teacher joined in the taking and testing.

It was there and live for 24 hours.

If this works as an accident, think of the deliberate use of germs.

I read and read, wanted to write, but that isn't going to happen now.

This is why I always grab a paper towel to use when opening restroom doors.....and I flush with my foot. A bit graphic... but, oh well. I also use Purell on the handles of grocery carts before I use them. Paranoid? Maybe I am. This thread has made me that way. Quite honestly, I'm about ready to don a hazmat suit when I go out in public.

But, I look so cute without one. What's this old Granny to do?

OMG. syphilis? Ack.

I believe it, I just try not to think about it. (Or go out in public! It is damn dangerous out there.)

The terrorists certainly seem to have many options at their evil disposal.

Hah, LOL. I always tried to defy my mother because it wasn't comfortable to "hover". For years I believed she could see *through* walls because she always knew when I had stopped hovering. LOL. It was quite a few years later when I realized that she just looked under the stall and if my feet were a dangling...I wasn't hovering.

Thanks for the flashback. :-)
