ATLANTA (Reuters) - A small plane spiraled out of control and crashed into a building near the Martin Luther King Jr. birthplace in downtown Atlanta during a storm on Tuesday. Unconfirmed local media reports said two people aboard were killed in the fiery 10:45 a.m. EDT crash. "It was trying to regain altitude, but it nosedived and it hit a building," said Zahir Ali, a 23-year-old construction worker. "After that, there was fire everywhere and people were running."... http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=domesticNews&storyID=6544901

Also unusual is the fact that so far, there is no listing which can be found for a J&R Aircraft out of FL.
