I have wonder if the suitcases are really empty?
What germs are in them?
Often they are exploded with a stream of water, as in high pressure fire hose......
Would that wash away white powder?
Or is it a liguid smeared on the inside and outside and allowed to dry?
I always wonder too, why these things are blown up?
Someday, someone will put something in the suitcase that they want blown up....germs and such as you suggested.

Seriously, one day it might happen just as you said. And that day will be a day to slather on as much lavender as possible. In fact, I am dabbing some lavender on my sleeves right now. I need some relaxation.
