I myself have been involved in numerous seizures of undeclared currency that was to be smuggled into our country for shall we say, nefarious purposes.

That being said, It's the one or few that we can't thwart that has DHS worried.

They are trying to hurt us in a real bad way.
If an attack does take place, it will not be because of inactivity on our part. I can guarantee you that.
