I didn't notice that until you pointed it out! Hmmmm..interesting.

So if this were to be true, the powder would have to be an inhalant to cause damage and not cause harm to unprotected skin. Is there anything that falls into this category?

Brain cramp... Generally, any kind of chemical will be toxic to a person who handles it as pictured, even inhalants.
