Those electoral college projections do not attempt to track daily movements in the battleground states. The 130 electoral votes in 11 states he labels tossup are in flux. He is one of the best, but he is not doing daily tracking (at least none publicly available).
I could tell you what I think is happening as far as trends go, but it really doesn't matter what the poll is today or yesterday or any trend that may or may not exist because almost all the battlegrounds are still in the margins of error with the different polls and most could go either way tomorrow.
The only poll that matters is tomorrow.
