I have had this article bookmarked for a long time and supposedly on the first day of their attack they want to detonate 3-4 nukes in major cities then spray a few with smallpox just to create chaos.

That "interview" has (fortunately) been debunked many, many times.
It is a 'net urban legend.
The obvious tip-off should've been this "terrorists" name. Read Al-Asuquf backwards. It's "fuq usa".
