Seems the jihadis don't know about the new video either and are asking about it on the forums. So far no one has answered with a link or more information.

Hmmmmmm this becomes more interesting. One of two things could possibly account for this:

1. The video is a hoax done outside of AQ channels. Moderate to low probability given revealed content.
2. The video is valid, but such tight OPSEC on the Jihadi chatter rooms has prevented those in the 'know' from releasing the info to the 'grapevine'. Moderate possibility

At this point I'd agree that #2 is the greater possibility.

I believe a hoax would have been confirmed as such by now.
