Tahiya is also considered to be a diversion operation as it came up along with Severnaya operation ( that word means northern if I recall correctly) and the Clouds operation(media/ braodcast messaging/contacts) and the caves many threads ago.
The election process itself could be the tahiya.

"Tahiya" referred to a device.
It appeared in the same forum in January that had the image of:
1) the sun
2) a partially eclipsed, red-tinged moon
3) a suitcase nuke
4) a reddish colored nuclear explosion
5) Bin Laden image partially covering the moon and revealed only at an angle
If someone has the image, they should post it. I cannot seem to do it.
