I just called a couple of local businesses in east county SD and all ATM's are working at these establishments.

Whew is right!
We may still not be out of the woods. If this was a virus just released, it'll spread out from the release point. We should keep an eye on this for a few hours. If no other ATMs go offline I think we'll be alright.
