I fear 11/2. Chaos on election day?
This is about the third or fourth time this has happened.
Pretty dizzy after take-off . . .
I remember a few other instances as well.
I just can't figure out how these guys are dumb enough to stowaway in a wheel well, yet they're cunning enough to not get caught climbing in there, at a major airport. ???
Official says bin Laden in Pakistan
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1253298/posts
If airport security is so lax around the aircraft itself how hard would it be to put a bomb in a wheel-well if people can crawl in there without notice?
Obviuosly TSA is sacrificing security on the airport property itself so that they can pursue high visibility passenger screening.
Some of them need to get their fat butts out of the screening area and onto the tarmac and around the airport perimeter fences. 5 to 7 screeners at each station is stupid and ludricrous.
Not sure I want to fly back to Seattle from Buffalo today, especially through Chicago. An area that is so heavily democrat probably translates to lazy and corrupt union and government thugs that would love nothing better than an incident that would damage the Presidents election chances, at least in their twisted feeble minds.
Exactly.
Have a safe trip back!
Margaret Hassan pleads for her life on television
http://www.cbc.ca/story/world/national/2004/10/22/mhassan041022.html
"I dont want to die like Bigley," Hassan said, referring to British hostage Kenneth Bigley who was decapitated on a video posted this month on an Islamist website. "Please help me," she begged. "This might be my last hour."
A miracle would be the troops finding her and killing those bastards before they behead her.
Vel - Thanks for the link to the FL vehicle auction post.
It occurs to me in reading the article that the main dude, Abdalla Deiab, owned a 'large moving truck' and operated a moving business. This would be about the largest commercial vehicle that would normally be available and still stay under the Fed's screen of commercial transport trucking ownership.
Second, the very nature of a small, local moving business lends itself to 'cash-n-carry' operations, making it ideal for laundering money in both directions.
Last, a small moving company provides a natural cover for a small group of guys [read: cell] to operate together.
And then, or course, there's the vehicle itself...
Also, if they're buying used 'unmarked' emergency vehicles, they must be involved with an auto body front operation of some type in order to restore them... Another natural cover for a 'group' of guys working together.
Just some random thoughts...

Does anyone remember a reference from the jihadi boards about "Palmyra"?
School Bus Crash in Pike County
A school bus and a car collided head-on in Palmyra Township near Route 507 in Pike County. At least one person was killed. The crash happened just before 8:00 a.m.(snip)

I think she might make it out alive.
Perhaps it's just wishful/prayerful thinking.
She's muslim, she's been in Iraq for a long time. Her death would inflame not only the western world, but I would imagine, the Iraqis themselves.
The troops finding her would be a great moment! Let's hope that happens.
It has been very quiet lately. All we can do is speculate as to why. Could be plans in operational phase. Could be the jihadis stopped using certain forms of communication knowing they're being monitored.
Reports of our LEOs being watched as they respond to fake bomb threats tells me the terrorists are still active and planning future attacks while other attack plans may be in the operational phase. Reports of ME types trying to buy surplus ambulances confirms attack plans are still being formulated.
Thank God for TM. Its the ONLY place I get these reports.
We've been watching them for a long time. Sounds like they are watching us watching them.
Whatever the reason, we need to stay vigilant and keep our eyes open. We must stay prepared. AQ's MO is to hit us when and where we least expect it. We're all waiting for the next attack. Maybe it won't happen because we expecting it. Just like a burglar will not break into a house where he knows the owner is waiting for him.
The jihadis are psychopaths, but they're not as dumb as we'd like to think. Never underestimate your opponent. That can get you killed fast.
Central Intelligence Agencies are on the alert following a report in a Pakastani newspaper, that Al Qaida chief Osama Bin Laden has left Afghanistan and entered the rugged terrain around the Sino-Indian border.

If the scum is moving, it because our troops are getting too close or the next attack is on the way and he's trying to escape our response.
Not sure if this is good news or not.
The good news so far about these reports, is that the terrorist cell members 'can't help' but act in a suspicious manner. In fact, I find most of the articles I google, by typing in the one word "suspicious".
Second bit of good news is, we're seeing more incidents being reported.
Yesterday, when I was on a car-pool run, the pick-up truck in front of me had this bumper sticker:
"Armed 'Infidel' on Board. Jihad this!"
The background was the American flag and to one side was a pic of bin Laden encircled with a big red slash across him.
I wondered if the driver was a freeper. LOL
Hmmm. Google Abdalla Deiab pulls clipgate.

Interesting, thanks.
Jill's site saying that the jihadi boards are discussing 'bin Laden captured' rumors again.
