It is old news. Oct 12 range and earlier. So don't relate what you read in this article to what is going down on November 4th through November 8th range and beyond.

We must clear the city of all insurgents. The locals as the article admit continue to hate Americans and target our troops. So they must go to! Tough luck for them if they do not like what the foreign elements are doing to their people.
They are so stupid and proud and mixed up they don't know if their coming or going. Don't they have any idea that if they wouldn't have been targeting our troops for so long they would have at least 70 million bucks worth of jobs in their city at this point, and that our guys would be so far removed and quiet at their camps that it would be like we are not even there.
They are just to stupid to figure things out! So let those
