Keyes is going to earn the distinction of getting a smaller percentage of the vote than any other Democratic or Republican candidate in any 2004 House or Senate race.
The guy is a narcissistic freak way out of his depth, and it's a shame so many people on FR have so much emotionally invested in him.

"Keyes is going to earn the distinction of getting a smaller percentage of the vote than any other Democratic or Republican candidate in any 2004 House or Senate race."Nobody ever expected Keyes to win this. However, he's an effective and persuasive spokesman for conservatism. People in Illinois, especially black people, will now have a rare opportunity to hear those ideas. That's why he should be supported.
