Thanks for your condolences...we live in Oklahoma, but my husband's grandfather was in Louisville, and his parents are just north of that in Indiana. We will be driving back with the kids as soon as we know the arrangements.
My husband is taking this hard. His grandfather was a WWII veteran and just turned 79 last month. He had been battling cancer for 2 years.

I loved my Grandmother better than anyone in this world. Now that I have seven grandchildren of my own I have used her as an example of how to love them. Your husband I am sure will have many great memories to pass on thru the years. His grandfather will just become more precious to him. Please be careful on the road. There is lots of construction on I40 between Ok. City and Memphis and it has been raining.
