So? And your point is? He is still their President and he should be there. We cannot let the Dims start hanging the "wimp" factor around our necks like they did Bush 41.

The problem is, elders vote in greater numbers than the general population, and we need their votes. They went about 57% for Gore but GW could make some inroads with his socially traditional values. It is a blunder to send Laura, as sweet as she is, when Kerry is going to show up himself.

Don't think for one second that Kerry will miss a chance to comment on how "Bush SAYS he supports our elderly, but can't be bothered to even meet with America's Greatest Generation."

AND,
"He says he raised your drug benefits, but all he really did was raise your medicare premiums. HE CAN RUN from his disastrous failure to provide you with health care, but HE CAN'T HIDE!"

Read it and weep. We need these votes bad, and we're not going to get as many as we could.
