Has it been determined that the Bush DUI actually had an impact on the campaign?

I'm sure that there's something definitive out there, but I haven't seen it. I suspect that the effect was pretty worth at least 2 points against Bush. This is also consistent with Rove's view that upwards of 4 million Evangelicals did not show up in 2000.

Democrat Bob Beckel said it cost Bush 1 million votes nationally. Figure, proportionately, that likely cost him NM, IA, WI, and OR.
