I believe it was a petition to indict Kerry for treason. It was to be delivered to Cheney and the Senate today.Also to ban him from serving in public office.
Seems Mr Kerry met with the enemy in france in 70 and 71.

Under the constitution that is Treason, ( giving aid and comfort to the enemy in a time of war)

Mr Kerry has refused to execute SF-180 , Because he knows the truth about his past will doom his campaign.
Release the files Senator Kerry! What are you hiding?
