I've heard them ignore everything you say, lie to your face. I've even heard one male talk about feeling RAPED with a female customer because a car was stolen. Ugh.
No problem fining the business for this kind of slanderous practice. That said, he should've stormed off to another dealership and written letters of complaint to higher ups.
