My first thought when I heard this "nuisance" comment was, A nuisance??? Tell that to the people of Israel who have been dealing with frequent homicide bombings for years, killing thousands of people. Tell that to the mothers and fathers who lost children in Beslan. Tell that to the countless families who lost loved ones on Sept. 11. Do they consider terrorism a "nuisance"? I would think not.
This man has no clear understanding of the threat that we face and proves him incompetent to lead the country in a time of war.
The only real "nuisance" is having had to look at this basset-hound for the last 2 years.
