I guess no one remembers that planning on 9/11 began in 1998, and the general idea of attacking the US by AQ in 1993.

To put it bluntly, if Clinton had either not fought, or fought until he acheived some kind of victory, in Somalia, there would never have been a 9/11, a Khobar Towers, or any of AQ's other attacks on America.
