I have, but I'm an accounting nerd! Marsha Blackburn, a TN congresswoman has been working on this bill for about a year. And before that my ignorant state representatives kept saying most people's tax burden would go down if we instituted a state income tax. I was tracking so I could cry over how stupid they were if they succeeded in passing an income tax. I use Quicken, and it makes it fairly easy to allocate a portion of the items in your check and credit card registers to sales tax.
