I bet this gets quashed before air time. This is just too good to be true, and you know what usually means. It isn't.
I'm trying to be optimistic about this news, but I tend to agree that the opposition will probably find a way to stop this before it airs. The Dems are freaking out and I will be amazed if a hoard of lawyers and all the judges in their pockets don't manage to pull off a last minute save for their side.
