"The repeated abuses of power by the Majority Leader have earned him three rebukes by the Ethics Committee in a single week, bringing dishonor on this House of Representatives and demonstrating a pattern of unethical behavior."

"Unbelievably, the Majority Leader denies that he has been rebuked. At every stage, he has shown contempt, not contrition."

"Given this new information, and our need to restore the honor of this body, I introduced a privileged resolution in the House asking for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate these serious charges. Our duty to this institution and to the people we serve compels us to seek the truth."

Regarding the "ethical cloud" Ms. Pelosi so laments and the lost "honor of this body," I would suggest she consider these examples from my own home State, or rather Commonwealth of Massachusetts, also known as Sodom and Begorrah!

1) Representative Gerry Studds: boozing and raping Congressional pages

2) Representative Barney Frank: allowing his personal-ads-hookup, "Hot Bottom" (self-described in the ad) Steve Gobbi, to run a male prostitute ring on Frank's Congressional computer out of his townhouse

3) Senator Ted Kennedy: drunken drowning of Mary Jo Kopecne

The hypocrisy of these frauds is breathtaking . . . or at least enough to make you gag.

Although, Nancy Pelosi's multiple face lifts have provided her with a new job opportunity, once the Democratic Party finally does completely self-destruct. Rush Limbaugh suggested her for new intelligence czar:

"She would be UNBLINKING in the face of danger."

Wow, she sounds like the Republicans talking about Clinton in the late '90s. Funny how Dems get all riled over ethical behaviour when it's not one of their own. If only DeLay had been gratified by a female intern, everything would be honky-dory with Pelosi?

By implying that the Democrats are being hypocritical you're only excusing Tom DeLay's unethical behavior yourself. A bipartisan panel has reprimanded him for ethics violations. I think it's fair to ask all of our public officers to conduct their affairs in fairly, ethically, and legally.

Wow! Three rebukes!! Is there some rule with rebukes like with Purple Hearts? Does three rebukes get patriot Tom DeLay out of some sort of onerous duty like having to deal with scum like Pelosi?

Of course, Tom would never bug out on his unit and desert in the face of the enemy and cowardly and traitorous "Viet Cong" John did. If Pelosi and her human sewage spent half as much time working for America as they do trying to badmouth those who actually care about the country, we'd all be better off.

There is no question that the nation must erase the terrible blot on our culture caused by Willie and remove every last dem turd from office who supported Willie during the impeachment. Pelosi is the personification of this extreme and unhealthy partisanship. She should immediately step down and seek counseling to rethink her future!
