Germany certainly did have WMDs, both chemical and biological. They intentionally chose not to use them because they didn't want to deal with WMD retaliation.

They had blister, choking, and vomiting agents. The standard delivery system they had for chemical weaposn delivery was the 105mm mortar but it also could be delivered with artillery shells, morters, mines, rockets, sprayers, and smoke generators.

They fielded various decontamination vehicles built out of halftracks (Sd Kfz 10 & 11) and trucks (Kfz 92 & 93).

Also, all WWII German soldiers carried gask masks with them. They were carried in those cylindrical metal cases, usually attached to their backs.

Exactly.

I've read of a biological capability. (Also, Japan was doing the same.) I think it was mostly anthrax...do you have any data on that?
