If both 60 and 62 pass, the one that gets the most YES votes will become the law of the land... the other goes into the dustbin of history.

The reason I say No on 60 is I do not want to send a message to the legislature that if they don't like a propositon they can just place a competing measure against it. If the legislature opposes something they should oppose it the right way; by working for the proposition's defeat, not by placing a contradictory proposition on the ballot.
