"Polish born revolutionary Felix Dzerzhinsky" -

As with anyone who leaves a mark on history - There are people who see the person one way - and then there are others who see the same person in another light -

It would be interesting to "know" what is causing the "troubled times" in that area today - perhaps that would go a long way in explaining the words spoken -

just a thought -

I think honoring the former head of the secret police and principle organizer of the "Red Terror" goes a long way in explaining the "troubled times" in that neck of the woods. I have also heard that V. Putin has himself honored the bloody past of this evil man. It seems the more things change, the more things stay the same.
