Kerry's the man with the plan for profiling
The Boston Herald ^ | 10/10/04 | Howie Carr

Posted on 10/10/2004 5:48:14 AM PDT by islander-11

It was John Kerry's ``Do-you-know-who-I-am?'' debate.

On at least four occasions in St. Louis Friday night, the squire of Naushon Island made it clear that you should vote for him . . . because he's better than you are.

Twice, he told female opponents of abortion he ``respected'' their views.

Respect indeed. His wife has another way of putting it. She says, ``Shove it!''

John Kerry [related, bio], as someone pointed out, is a person who just can't help treating people like help.

Remember the moment when he talked about his plans for tax increases on people making over $200,000 a year?

``Looking around here, at this group here,'' he sniffed, looking at moderator Charles Gibson, ``I suspect there are only three people who are going to be affected: the president, me, and Charlie, I'm sorry, you too.''

Gaudy patter from a guy who, before Sen. John Heinz's plane collided with a helicopter, was thisclose to having to sleep in his car.

A decade later, Liveshot can just glance at somebody, and immediately know their net worth. Which is a pretty handy talent, I suppose, if you're a gigolo.

Still, though, aren't all Democrats supposed to be opposed to racial profiling? Is financial profiling all right?

Then there was the guy who asked Kerry a question, and Kerry looked right through him and says ``somebody just like you'' asked Bush the exact same question four years ago.

Somebody just like you. What does Kerry know about the guy at the debate, let alone the guy who asked the question in 2000?

All he knows is that it's somebody who makes less than $200,000 a year, and in Gigololand, that's all you need to know.

I know, John Kerry has a plan. How many times did he say it Friday night?

``I have a plan . . . I have a plan . . . I have a plan . . . I have a plan.''

Here's his plan. He'll say absolutely anything to win this election. Friday night, he said Saddam Hussein was a threat, then 10 minutes later he said he wasn't a threat.

He attempts jokes about the Red Sox that make absolutely no sense. And then there were the two women late in the debate who got through with abortion questions.

The first woman mentioned embryonic stem-cell research, and Kerry immediately said, ``I respect your views.''

And then that hot young blonde hit him on abortion. Sarah Degenhart was her name. If she had a net worth of $700 million, Sarah would need a restraining order to stop Kerry from stalking her.

Kerry explained himself very well. He ``respects'' her views. He ``deeply respects'' her views. He, too, is a Catholic and as a former altar boy he both opposes abortions and supports federal funding for abortions so that women can make ``the right choice.''

Got that? He's also against parental notification of teenagers seeking abortions because, as everyone knows, most teenage pregnancies are the result of daughters getting knocked up by their fathers. Right?

That's John Forbes Kerry. It suddenly occurs to me why he's not personally worried about being taxed back into the Stone Age. The taxes he's proposing are only on people who ``earn'' more than $200,000. Neither he nor Mama T ever ``earned'' anywhere near that.

They both made their money the old-fashioned way. They married it.

Martin Luther King, Jr. had a dream.

John F'n Kerry has a plan.

At least King's dream was worth pursuing.

``I suspect there are only three people who are going to be affected: the president, me, and Charlie, I'm sorry, you too.''

Wasn't that unbelievable? What an elitist!

And it's a bald-faced lie that only the "rich" will be affected. What the American people need to understand is that the "rich" USUALLY have CONTROL over their incomes. How? Because they control the prices charged to the people who buy their products or services, or, in Sen. Kerry's case, can just VOTE themselves a payraise at will.

If I can raise the price I charge for my widget to offset the increase in income tax I have to pay, I will. And who will REALLY end up paying the tax for me? Joe Sixpack.

Good job, America voter. Your lack of understanding about basic economics has forced you into economic slavery.

John Kerry is the "The Flim-Flam Plan Man." He has a plan but hasn't got a clue.

Haha..I laughed when I heard him say this. I wonder how Charlie feels about his boy putting him the "evil rich" category....

I am incensed by Kerry's $200,000 comment. The tax Kerry is talking about would affect households, not individuals, earning more than $200,000. What would his plan do to job creation in this country? Why would I want to risk my hard earned double-taxed already capital to put up with regulatory nightmares and confiscatory tax rates?

But then again, Kerry thinks that as long as the uneducated, uninformed masses can feel good about a $7 minimum wage and "free" healthcare, we'll stay dumb and happy and he can play nice with the French and Germans and have the Secret Service at his beck and call at his wife's 5 estates.

" John Kerry consistently and relentlessly sought medals for combat in Vietnam....even when he ran when cornered"

"John Kerry has consistenly stood by his treasonous statement about his fellow comrades in arms, even when some were prisoners of war"

And it's a bald-faced lie that only the "rich" will be affected.

Has everyone forgotten Clinton's promise not to raise taxes? Of course, once he got elected, he suddenly discovered that circumstances were far, far worse than he had been led to believe, and he had no recourse but to raise taxes ... even though he "worked harder on this than ah've ever worked in mah lahf, honest to God."

ROFL! The Barney&Smith couple. They live off their tax-free dividends. That's why John F*ckin' doesn't mind tax increases on people making more than $200,000 a year. It wouldn't touch his and the missus nest egg.

No, but one guy called in to Howie Carr's show on a segment where he was asking for Kerry "Do you know who I am?" stories. Kerry jumped the line the guy was in (and asked his trademark question when there was protest); this guy answered, "Yeah -- you're a golddigger!"

Kerry is enthusiastically pro-abortion -- if you believe what he told a NARAL rally last spring or early summer. He is certainly anti-death penalty, but I believe he conceded in one interview that he might be for it in the case of terrorists.

LOL! Someone quipped that if there were a drinking game to drink booze every time Kedwards said 'I have a plan', the drinkers would be sloshed by the end of the debate.

My personal favorite is this....
And then that hot young blonde hit him on abortion. Sarah Degenhart was her name. If she had a net worth of $700 million, Sarah would need a restraining order to stop Kerry from stalking her.
