Several weeks ago a couple of liberal Hanoi John supporters accidentally wandered into my favorite watering hole. While all are welcome, politics and religion are common subjects of discussion.
Note: The patrons and staff stand for the National Anthem when the races and ball games start.
The “Hanoi John” comments started as soon as the news began giving him his free positive face time. These two honestly could not understand why we supported President Bush. It was explained to them.
Their responses were composed entirely of DU stock phrases and sound bites.
For being so educated they sure don't know how to think or formulate ideas on their own. They are like mindless puppets.
