I asked the same question yesterday during a rant to an acquaintance. All I got was a 'duh' response. Of course, the answer is not what they did, but what they PLAN to do.

Isn't it amazing how Kerry keeps saying.."I have a plan! I know exactly what I am going to do!" Oh yeah? When is he going to share it with anyone and why the hell isn't his base insisting on answers? I am so impatient with the stupidity.
