"How long will they wait before the real violence begins?"

When their foreign cohorts finances run low (?) Money is the root of all evil.

So why can't more people see this without having a 2x4 hit them upside the head?

Too many people are willing to believe what they are told by their “betters”. Newsreaders are paid big bucks; therefore they must know what they are doing.

While I think most of this is true, I do not believe as a rule in "conspiracies." As a Christian, I know that the devil does not have to "get" most people to do his bidding---they do it "naturally," because human nature is sinful. Likewise, I don't think there is a "meeting" between editors and journalists. I think they all suffer from a "conspiracy of shared values." They think alike so they write alike so they report alike. Bernie Goldberg has this right. One editor I know who has actually studied this concluded,

"I can tell you how someone will vote based on three questions: 1) Are you married? 2) do you have children? 3) Do you go to church at least twice a month?"

It was funny: I was doing an interview of the Cincy Enquirer last week about the stock market and presidents, and one thing led to another, and I could tell by his questions that he was a lib, and quite biased. So I told him so. Then I said, "I can tell you exactly how you'll vote based on three questions." He sounded snotty, but when I got to the church, and he said, "No," I said, "You vote Dem, and always have." He ended the conversation.

They can't handle being in-or-out of power.

But I guess I still don't understand why so many people would be supportive of a socialist plan for the US? Why would Soros, who has benefitted from capitalism, be so against it? Is it purely because of power?

Perhaps too big a segment of our society has no personal initiative or intellect and a capitalistic society presents too big a challenge to them. It is, after all, hard work.

Based on the amount of money that Soros is pouring into the effort to defeat Bush in this election, there will be hell to pay if Kerry is defeated.

I think it was on Rush - Friday's program - that I heard the possibilty raised that, again, Bush will lose the popular vote but win the Electoral vote. So again the Consitution will work exactly the way it was framed by our forefathers.

If that happens, not only will there be hell to pay with Soros, but I think all hell will beak loose in general.

If the Blue Helments come to the USA, they need to just remember one thing:

A good supply of body bags.

The Democrat Party has indeed been hijacked.

They have demonstrated to be THE Enemy Within; Far more a threat to the Republic AND to the World than either the Taliban or Al Qaeda.

That means eventually CWII will have to be waged -- they know it; We know it.

Until then, it's going to be a very messy next twenty years.

Stuff like this used to be organized under the communist international or maybe it still is and they just like to call themselves by many different groups to give it an air of no organization. Also this author should have mentioned the attacks on Republican headquarters in various states, the vandalism of lawns with signs and property such as cars which have a Bush/Cheney bumper sticker. These are little brown shirts caring out a very carefully organized script using all of these methods mentioned above, and probably more. The left has become far more radical and organized in the last 14 or so years, it was only a matter of time till we started to see them throw this country into chaos which can be taken advantaged of. Now appears to be their time in trying to do so. If people fight back on some level then they won't succeed.

"The polling places need to have national guard protection IMHO "

Maybe better - every third world 'election observer' should have a NG escort or three, with cameras and tape recorders.
