I do not find any truth to this report. I just heard sKerry and Edtards tell me that it is up more each month and it is just getting worse. /8scarasm off
I am unsuccessfully trying to find one of them quoting that in a debate. Can you find it? I think that them saying it gets worse each month and that article should be sent to factcheck.org
