If you are serious about your scatalogical post, you should recognize that personal attacks on apolitical artists is not in the spirit of free expression. I don't think this woman has a political agenda here. I think there are a lot of people here that have a problem with the NEA and the idea of publicly funded art and are using this woman as a scapegoat. I simply think the hysteria is misplaced. If people have a problem with publicly funded art they should take it up with the city council and the NEA directly instead of harassing this woman with e-mail.

When you pay $40,000 for $50 worth of paint and canvas, you have a right to expect quality. The woman didn't even proof read her work.
