Could someone tell me...if this comment by Heinz Kerry...was $200k household income, or did he mean $200k per individual? Because that's a big diff....

No it would not make a difference because the Kerry proposal to roll back the tax cut is not for individuals that make over $200,000 but FAMILIES that make over $200,000. Kerry has an odd sense of what makes a person "rich".

I beg to differ with you though...as it would make a BIG difference....But really it's all a moot point..because about zero of anything he say's is probably going to happen.
