The first report from St. Louis is in - and presidential candidates Michael Badnarik (Libertarian) and David Cobb (Green Party) were just arrested. Badnarik was carrying an Order to Show Cause, which he intended to serve the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD). Earlier today, Libertarians attempted to serve these same papers at the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the CPD - but were stopped from approaching the CPD office by security guards.
Fred Collins reported to me from the ground that Badnarik and Cobb are in great physical condition and great spirit.
As soon as more details are available, they will be posted here immediately.
See... Badnarik will obviously not make nearly the difference that Perot made, but its still a threat in such a close election. I'm just trying to make sure that conservatives aren't going to abandon Bush because of fiscal issues the way they did his father. This election is getting a little too close for comfort.
I know, I would gladly have taken my vote back, if I could have saved Bush Sr. And though I am not completley happy with W's Presidency; in total he's the only way to go. And I don't have to say "anybody but Kerry", though that would be a true statement.
Thanks, I don't know anything about him personaly. I only judge the Libertarian party on folliwing Harry Brown 8 years ago.
Well minors should allways be considered in the law, they don't even have constituional rights and their parents are legaly responsible for them.
I apologize for my ignorance. I re-read the constitution and found your reference.
