That question was ridiculous. Kerry didn't have to name 3 mistakes that he made.
I think she had originally meant to ask Kerry to list 3 of Bush's mistakes, but had to end up addressing it to GW. This audience clearly wasn't all undecided though.
Too bad for ABC that Bush hit that muther out of the park!
It was a wasted question. President Bush said he made some mistakes in appointments, but wouldn't name the people so they wouldn't be embarrassed. Otherwise, he made some tough decisions and ultimately, history will judge those decisions.
Guess he got the Halpern memo.
I don't know. What would Kerry have to talk about? He hasn't done anything.
thinking people realized that!... as did Bush...He said this is what this question is all about....and then proceded to to answer the qiestion on the big picture.....Didn't get sucked in by the liberal BIAS!...Point to Bush....non answer from Kerry
I agree; it was a set up for Kerry to try to get Bush to say he's sorry for something.
Kerry avoided making misktakes during those years by doing nothing.
Agreed. Bias squared.
Bush answered it well. I'm glad he got in Kerry's well known quote. Voters need to understand that Kerry is completely full of s**t.
Right. Kerry has done NOTHING....
Other than just lie, lie, lie....a good Limo-Rat.
And Bush kicked ASS! Shove it, ABC.
Agreed -- anyone trying to be 'fair' would not have allowed the question -- did Lurch get asked to name 3 mistakes that HE made?
all these debates have been bias, this one was less bias than the first. But this one gave Bush time to respond
bush is a true gentleman in spite of the horrid behavior on john kerry's part. i could just choke some of these people for how they treat and demean this president who has sacrificed alot and managed to keep us safe.
bush held his own against the moderator at times when he was insulted.
That was an amazingly half-assed question, and there's no way it should have been approved. Did nothing more than give Kerry an opportunity to attack Bush.
