Penn grew up in Malibu and went to Santa Monica High School.
But every other word you wrote was correct. He's the worse kind of actor -- one who thinks the world is waiting for him to open his mouth and pontificate.
The only smart thing he ever did was tie Madonna to a chair and leave her there.

They should bait him even further. This is great, especially since this actor takes himself so seriously.

I may be wrong but- The PS sounds like a threat. Perhaps Mr. Pinhead made some mooslime terrorist friends?

If you don't know what you're talking about, don't vote. And then the doofus went nuts on them.
I think we've underestimated Penn's intelligence. He's obviously smart enough to take the opening remark personally--which he should.

Funny.....
"Hip" Hollywood "Anti-establishment" "angry young actor" Sean Penn has become a grumpy old middle aged guy, lecturing those "know nothing young punks."
To: Casloy
Time for a little remedial English tutoring, don't you think, Sean?
That first sentence, "I remember a cordial hello when you guys were beginning to be famous guys around Hollywood at some party", was a strong indicator that nothing coherent would be coming out of this infantile rant.
To: EveningStar
Does anyone else remember the storyline in Bloom County where Steve Dallas gets beaten by Penn for taking a few pictures of him? "He's throwing up in an alley. Better use a flash."

Let's make this movie a huge financial hit, because these two are going to have a hard time finding work in that town again.

In case anyone is interested, you can check out
some excellent previews at MTV movies and see for yourselves. There are about ten links in the center of the page that load different segments of interviews with Parker and Stone, and the movie clips that show what they're talking about. It's sweet.

YES!!!!
I totally remember that! Actually I think it was a series of 4 of 5 Bloom Counties that featured Sean Penn and Steve Dallas!
I was only like 9 or something but I remember laughing my ass off. I think that reading Bloom County at 9 and 10 years old helped turn me into a libertarian Conservative!
HAHAHAHAHA thanks for the laugh and thanks for reminding me of Bloom County!
