WEll, given the fact that Kerry keeps lying again, and finally Bush is calling him out on his lies, and called him out on his Senate attendance record, I think it is safe to say Bush is kicking his ass. Also, Kerry just said Bush owned a timber company, which Bush replied with: I own a timber company? Thats news to me LOL.

Kerry wants a justice that will interpret the law, he says, while saying he wants to protect "a woman's right to choose." I guess Mr. Law Degree thinks we're too stupid to know that there was no Constitutional right to abortion before the Supremes created one from whole cloth.
