Ok, people. I am calling it now. Bush is coming across as intelligent, passionate and on top of it. These are all the things he wasn't last week. This debate is going to be a big plus for him.

Explaining how agencies can share info. Law enforcement must be able to gather information. He knows it's necessary. The one cell was caught because of the new info sharing.
Kerry cites Racicot as saying it needs to be changed. Sensenbrenner says it needs to be reviewed.
I don't trust Kerry's representations.
Kerry says Ashcroft has misapplied it. People have been abused. Dick Durbin had to intervene once.
He's saying "people allowed to go into churches now".
Admitting he voted for it.
Admits we need it. But never let the terrorists change our Constitution.
