W--we had a recession going on when I came into office, then we happen to have a war, homeland security needs to protect the homeland. Plus, we cut taxes so we could get out of the recession...if you increase taxes during a recession you get a depression..over past 13 months, we've created 1.9MM jobs, I haven't vetoed any spending because we have been working together to reduce 15% INCREASES in spending to less than 1%, PLUS, I am not going to reduce spending on our military...
