Unfortunately, the rest of the country has not turned off the sound as you have. Kerry is too slick, too smooth for Dubya to rebut...how to you disprove lies when Kerry is never called on it by the media? I'm afraid...no I'm sure that that Bush can't pull it out against the media spin. He won't be re-elected.

My, what an apt screen name you have there ;). Your reaction seems to be at odds with the general consensus here that he's doing pretty well though. And the reactions seem to have been pretty accurate as far as the first two debates go. The first presidential one, people around here were in full panic mode and it reflected the polls later on, and for the vice pres one, people felt that Cheney did pretty well and that was also reflected in some (non-online) polls. I'll probably turn the tv back on to form my own opinions, but your pessimism seems a little misplaced.
