Kerry gave him a "gimme" with the low number of allies (like '90 was alot bigger?). Kerry's getting technical and moving form Iraq to NKorea. He knows he's losing on Saddam and trying to move the target.

This is what I find unnerving. Bush is being way too defensive. He's not attacking enough. Kerry is all attack. Bush can't afford to defend and say "the generals told me so" and such.
