It was smart to have Halliburton do the oil systems modernization in Iraq because the world is soon to depend upon the oil that Iraq will bring to the increasing demand and the uncertain supply situation. What we don't want is Iraq to be a region of instability when demand outpaces supply and we can't count on Iraqi oil.

EXCELLENT close by Bush. He ROCKED the last 20 minutes. Gibson was ok, questions were fair. Overall, I'd give Bush a B, still many missed opportunities... It's an A compared to his performance last week, IMO.
