The difference between Egypt, the West Bank and Israel is so stark. I'm sorry but the filth that the Arabs live in which is totally their own making is horrible. The smells you encounter just in going from the airport to the pyramids is enough to gag a maggot. I can't for the life of me figure out why they would want to live this way. Also, in a culture which believes that a person who is robbed or cheated is to be chastised because he allowed it to happen and to praise the thief that got away with it boggles my mind. I guess the Islamic papers will be praising the handy work of the thieves that robbed the bodies.

Before Israel got back Jerusalem after the six day war (1967), it had open sewers and stunk to high heaven. Upon winning the territory, the Israelis immediately fixed up Jerusalem from the stinking slum it was when it was run by the Muslims, and made the city the gem it is today.
