I'm sure you're a fine person and such, but you are brand spanking new to FreeRepublic and you have just posted a sensational allegation without a link to a corroborating source.
That's why I posted the screen shot. The link is the CIA website www.cia.gov - there is a link to the Comprehensive Report of the Special Advisor to the DCI on Iraq's WMD. Click on Volume 3 and go to page 30. The .pdf file is 65 megabytes so it takes forever to load it. The smoking gun is buried well but it is there.
Not really. The link he provides shows a screenshot of a page from the ISG report, with the cia.gov address at the top of it, so you could paste that into your browser to go to it directly on the CIA's website. He's new, so let's not scare him off unnecessarily - the moose and Viking Kitty threads will do that just nicely, thank you!!! ;>)
