That is a terrible tragedy for the people of New Mexico, to have their vote so corrupted. Bush lost the State to Gore in 2000 by less than 500 votes.
500 "miracle votes" were found in Dona Ana county when a county clerk changed a 1 to a 6 on a tally sheet.
Since the 5 electoral votes here would not have changed the result without Florida, we never got to challenge it.
I'm looking for payback. I think the vet's vote will tell this time.
