Halliburton/KBR is a long-time adversary of organized labor...and now Halliburton/KBR stands in the way of union expansion into Iraq.
Halliburton owns Kellogg Brown & Root (KB&R) which is coming under fire by the Democrats. Since its origin in Houston, Texas during World War II, Brown & Root has successfully battled attempts to disrupt Brown & Root operations in the United States and throughout the world.
It's interesting to note that a coalition of U. S. unions have formed a coaliton which they call "U. S. Labor Against the War", along with a task force called the "Labor Solidarity Task Force for Labor Rights in Iraq.". It all adds up: Unions support the Democrats and the Democrats become the hatchet--against the champions of the "merit shop" (open shop) philosophy--Halliburton/KBR.

The Haliburton hatred is stupid, even if rat inc. has an axe to grind with them. Isn't Haliburton an American company.
Why shouldn't Americans benefit from the rebuilding of Iraq, since our country made most of the sacrifices? Only a democrat would be more worried about the French and Germans than Americans. It figures.
You're right, it figures. The problem is we have so many unthinking automotons out there who let their unions "figure" for them. This is an election between those who think and those who like their thinking done for them. And the former just better win.
Everyone has to go vote this time- No excuses, no third parties, no Christian's sitting in the church saying "woe is me" and staying home. We have to overcome both massive voter fraud, and the "unthinking" vote.
Behind every whining Democrat is a union thug, behind whom is a mafia kingpin, behind whom is another Democrat.
The Unions don't do a thing for anybody anymore...except line their own pockets with the dues money they extort from us. They're a rip-off.
