How many people live in Abilene?

Very mild winters, scortching summers.
Abilene population a bit over 100K

I live in Coleman and love it.
Coleman is about 55 miles from Abilene and 30 from Brownwood.
Brownwood is also a great town of about 16K

Come to Lubbock (my home). Population 201,000. Waco is good. It's about an hour and a half south of DFW, pop. 110,000. There are HUNDREDS of small towns in Texas to choose from...
