NB - very expensive - anything hinting of the Hill Country of Texas is expensive. Shoot, you should see Boerne (pronounced "Bernie") - it's grown like mad and the prices are out of site for real land. Of course, the Hill Country is one of the prettiest parts of Texas. But, I'm kinda partial to the Hill Country.
Well where I live, Cedar Hill, Texas is often described as an extension of the Hill Country because we have the rolling hills, bluebonnets and big lake and mature trees. I just love Cedar Hill. I live on a cul-de sac. Behind the houses across the street from me there are woods all the way down to a huge state park. I live on the edge of a lovely woods. Yet I can jump in the car and within less than five minutes shop at almost all the major chain stores. It is the perfect town and country location.
