I'm a police officer and we are constantly running into people, generally Mexicans but sometimes others, who speak little English (or pretend not to) and who have NO U.S. issued identification.

The cops have no way to check to see if a driver's license from Puerta De Stinkhole is valid or not. We have no way to verify these people's identity.

I do not see as how we have such a clear choice. Part of the "control" is that we will be overrun anyway. Check out where you will see that our borders will soon be meaningless in terms of preventing mass migration which is bound to include some terrorists also entering our country.

About how the Mexican government is using and encouraging the VeriChip, not only as a deterrent to kidnapping, but also as a "security" measure to track people's access to high-security areas, for instance. When our country and Mexico are merged, (see FTAA) our own government will begin the process of adapting its use for our people as well.
